Age Requirements

Tattoos
Any Person who is 18 years or older may bring proper identification and is able to consent for themselves.
Under 18:
If an the individual is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to be present. Please understand that we will need to verify that information.
We do NOT preform tattoos on any individual under the age of 15
Below are the examples of proper identification that both parent and child need.
If child does not have any form of identification listed, we can NOT preform the service, government Identification is needed.
We will be checking that both parent or Guardian and child’s last names match.

Piercings
Any Person who is 18 years or older may bring proper identification and is able to consent for themselves.
Under 18:
If an the individual is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to be present. Please understand that we will need to verify that information.
Ear Lobes Only Piercings - ( Client can be any age to receive ear lobe piercings. However, please keep in mind, more strenuous Cartilage piercings will not be preformed on anyone under the age of 13. Please call if you have any questions)
Parent or Guardian will need to provide a government issued ID.
Child or adolescent will need a birth certificate.
We will be checking if the parent or guardian’s name is on the child’s birth certificate.
Body Piercing - ( Client has to be 13 years of age or older)
Face Body Piercings- ( Client needs to be 15 years of age or older.)
Oral and Private Areas- ( Client needs to be 18 years of age and able to consent on their own, no exceptions.)
Below are the examples of proper identification that both parent and child need.
If child does not have any form of identification listed, we require a birth certificate and school ID ( Student information system, may also be used as a form of ID as long as NAME, DOB and PHOTO are shown.)
We will be checking that both parent or Guardian and child’s last names match.
